What GrillMyWeb does

GrillMyWeb takes a screenshot of your website, analyses it with AI, and returns a list of specific issues with actionable fixes. The first 3 issues are free. Unlocking the full report requires a one-time payment of $2.

Data we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to run the service:

  • Your website URL — stored as part of your report so you can revisit it. Never sold or shared with third parties.
  • Email address — optional, collected only if you provide it for a payment receipt or contact us directly.
  • IP address — used for rate limiting (one free audit per day). Not linked to any personal profile.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. We never see your card details.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may use cookies. By using GrillMyWeb, you consent to this. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Payments

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. Your payment is subject to their privacy policy. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

Refund policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. To request one, email support@grillmyweb.com within 7 business days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • Your Report ID — the last part of your report URL: grillmyweb.com/roast/your-report-id

Requests after 7 business days will not be eligible. We review each request and aim to respond within 2 business days.

If approved, the refund will be your original payment minus any processing fees charged by LemonSqueezy (our Merchant of Record), which are non-recoverable.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your email address at any time by contacting support@grillmyweb.com. We'll respond within 48 hours.
